The Third Street Film Festival is now accepting short films that were produced in Louisiana, with a total run-time of 32 minutes of less. The deadline is Friday, November 14th, 2011. All selected films will premiere at The Manship Theatre at the Shaw Center for the Arts in Baton Rouge on December 30th, 2011.
