WitKids, a non-profit program based out of California, is seeking help from UNO film students for visual documentation of their upcoming efforts in New Orleans.

Second year "WitKids" have decided to make a week long trip to the Big Easy to help build a house for a Katrina victim and visit with local educators, scientists, and political figures to determine other ways to make a difference through future projects.

This visit will be filmed with footage being used for a documentary or episodic show featuring kids making a difference. If you'd like more information about the project and how you can help, contact Sarah Hernholm as soon as possible.
